BidArchitex legal

Privacy Policy

BidArchitex protects business, project, and contact information with a practical privacy program built for an early-stage risk-intelligence company.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the BidArchitex website, contact forms, early access workflows, chatbot, demo experience, internal risk tools, and related communications.

BidArchitex is designed for business users evaluating preconstruction risk, bid exposure, material volatility, schedule pressure, and related risk-assessment workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect contact information such as name, email address, company, role, phone number, and messages submitted through the website, chatbot, or early access forms.

We may collect business and project information provided by users, including project type, location, estimated cost, schedules, estimates, quote information, drawings, scope notes, exclusions, allowances, and other bid-package inputs.

We may collect usage and device information such as pages visited, browser type, approximate location derived from technical signals, timestamps, referring pages, and interaction data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate BidArchitex, respond to inquiries, provide risk-analysis outputs, improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and communicate with prospective customers.

Project information may be used to generate risk reports, evaluate estimate confidence, assess quote coverage, benchmark material exposure, forecast cost and schedule pressure, and improve the reliability of BidArchitex workflows.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve risk methodologies, and develop new features.

AI and service providers

BidArchitex may use third-party infrastructure, AI model providers, analytics, hosting, database, payment, communication, and security vendors to process information only as needed to operate and improve the service.

We work to limit vendor access to the information needed for their role and expect service providers to protect information using reasonable safeguards.

Users should not submit information they are not authorized to provide, including confidential third-party materials, controlled data, or regulated personal information unless an appropriate written agreement is in place.

Security and retention

BidArchitex uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls, passwords, and permissions for the information they choose to submit.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support customer relationships, maintain business records, improve the product, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Disclosure of information

We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisors, payment processors, security providers, and infrastructure partners that support BidArchitex operations.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, business transfer, enforcement of our terms, or protection of BidArchitex, users, or the public.

BidArchitex does not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain information, subject to applicable law, security requirements, and legitimate business needs.

Users may opt out of non-essential communications by using unsubscribe tools where available or contacting BidArchitex directly.

Some jurisdictions provide additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of certain sharing, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
